Sent "Transfer ID" as "Variable Symbol" instead of "Remittance Information"

Hello,

 
Today I tried to top up my PayPall account. Unfortunately I wrote the transfer ID as Variable Symbol instead of Remittance Information, therefore the money couldn't be received, but the money was already taken from my bank account. What should be my next step in order to correct this mistake?

Sorry to hear that you are experiencing difficulties when trying to top up your PayPal account from your bank account.

If the payment has not yet completed processing to your PayPal account, it would be automatically refunded back to your bank account but in some cases it can take up to 10 working days to be resolved.

If you have still not received the funds back to your bank account after this time frame passes, I would advise you to try contacting our customer service team directly and we can look into this further on your behalf.
