I am Mostafa from Egypt I gave 90 $ in my account .. when I withdraw them the transaction is pending for 3 days and the money being reversed to my paypal balance again .. please help
This is to a Visa card I'm assuming. Try contacting the card issuer and ask if the card is enabled for withdrawals, specifically PayPal withdrawals.
You could also try making a small purchase with the card (if you haven't already) to see if it makes a difference before the next withdrawal. Your next automatic withdrawal should be on or around the 1st of September.
