Problems about withdrawing money

Hi I withdraw an amount of money too days ago, it said would complete with 2 hrs, but it has been more than 48hrs now, it's still pending. Why?

I am sorry to hear about this experience. When you initiate a withdrawal this can take anything from 2 to 72 hours. The best thing is to keep an eye in your PayPal transaction history. Once the transaction status shows as completed, the funds would have left successfully our system 🙂
