Hi, today i`ve noticed that there was a direct debit transfer to paypal from my bank account on the 11th of this month. This wasn`t me as i bought nothing lately and also this transfer is not listed in the activity log of paypal. Please can i get some help of where to report this or what action to take? Many thanks.
Here is what happened, i didn`t have enough balance for the £10 auto topup so paypal took the remaining amount from my bank account. The topup goes through paypal. (giffgaff)
