Pending withdrawal

Hi 

Yesterday night I made a withdrawal from my PayPal account to my bank account. It said it would take up to 2 hours but it still hasn't gone through. Also, in the help section it says that in case it doesn't go through after a couple hours, PayPal sends a notification, which I have never received. 

I tried to call the customer service but I can't seem to be able to speak with a human. 

Can anybody help me? I need the money asap

Withdrawals are 2-72 hours in the UK.

What if I don't get it in 72 hours? Who should I contact then?

Customer services but i bet you will have got it by then. Often slower weekends.

I withdraw on 21St about 1 pm and I get a mail that it's may take up to 72hours. Today withdraw it's still pending and it's two hours left from them 72h so I don't know when I gonna get my money
