Why are PayPal holding my money I transferred £1250 into my personal account and now they refuse to release, every time I ring up I get told the same message it will be in the bank in the next two hours this has been 2 days now waiting!!!! And 7 phone calls and they won't take my complaint Surely PayPal can't hold my money without my consent
