I have had a couple of refunds / payments into my PayPal account in the last few weeks but one payment hasn't come through to my bank account. The payment came into PayPal on 27th Feb but still hasn't reached my bank account, however, later payments have come through.
There is no money to withdraw on my PayPal balance. How do i make sure this money comes through to my bank account?
