Paypal made me add my bank details to my account so that i could add funds to provide an ebay buyer a refund for an item i had mislisted with the wrong size, i did this no problem and have since pressed the "refund" button on the transaction.
After adding bank details i purchased something myself on ebay and it defaulted my bank account as payment method-however that was early last week and neither transaction (so the refund and the purchase) are showing as having left my bank account?
Why would this be? Are the people i am paying actually recieving the money i owe them and if so why isnt it coming out of my bank?
