Payment via PayPal

Hello, 

I transferred money from my bank account to PayPal trying to avoid linking any debit card information with PP. Yesterday I tried to make a payment in a website using PP but after I logged in (although I have deposited money in my PP account), I was still asked for debit card details.

How can I use the funds that I have in my PP account without giving any debit card details at the payment point?

I am unable to see your account so I can't be completly sure what the problem is.

My best advice for you would be to try contacting us directly through the Contact Us icon at the bottom of any PayPal webpage.

From here, you can click the Call Us or Email Us options in order to get in contact with customer services.
