PayPal Automatically withdrawing from card if insufficient PayPal funds are present

Is it possible to disable to feature where PayPal automatically takes money from the card if insufficient balance is present?

No because if you authorise a transaction then they want the funds to pay for it.

Does it at least give you a warning if you don;t have enough PayPal Balance?

Welcome to the PayPal community and thank you for posting.

Usually when you are sending a payment, it will tell you where the payments are coming from and what funding source that is attached to the account is being used.
