Pay using Payoneer card that is linked to Paypal

Hello. I've money on my Payoneer card. Can I link it to my Paypal account and pay using the money I have on Payoneer? Because some websites only have Paypal as their payment method.

Then what can I do to use Payoneer money in Paypal?

Mostly I use Paypal money, but I get money in Payoneer too, some do not accept Paypal, some only payment method is Paypal, that's my trouble.

You cannot use payoneer with paypal, it does not support it.
