Paypal used to withraw my money to my visa credit card automatocally at the beginning of each month, but it didn't do it in February and Mars, may I know why?, and now when I try to withraw my funds manually, I got this message (Sorry, we are not able to process your request. Please try again later.). I tried from 3 different browswers, I deleted all cookies, I tried from two computers, but it didn't work.
