Hello. We have been using PayPal for about 2 months. Most of the time no problem. But now, when I make a transfer from PayPal to our Debit Card it says it say the money is sent. Then about 20 minutes later I see that that amount is back in PayPal (along with the .25 fee). Listed as a "refund" It has happened twice today. Last week twice. We called our bank and they never saw the aforementioned credit or debits. It cause two overdraft fees. I just don't know. Help!
