Issues with Paypal

I am using a PayPal account in Bulgaria. The bank I use is Unicredit Bulbank. I have my card linked and accepted and veryfied.

I wish to transfer funds from the card to the paypal wallet. The only option there is - "Add funds with Trusty" - but my bank is not in the list.

How can I add money to my paypal? There is not a single button or option in the paypal account for that. There is no help topic or any explanation.

You can only withdraw to a card in your country.

Click on the link below and select the country you want from the drop down list for options available in that country.
