I cannot withdraw my money

So I am new to Paypal and I have been trying how this works. I received a payment for the first time in August and it was below the minimum amount for withdrawal. The next payment I received last September is already withdrawable but as I try to withdraw it, the only option I can withdraw is the first amount. There is no other option to put that new amount for withdrawal and I am getting frustrated since I badly need the money. I am also having a hard time finding the pascode to verify my card but that is another story. Can somebody help me with this please??? 😞

Are you in the UK?

Do you have a UK paypal account?

Do you have your bank account linked (not a card), your actual bank account setting up the direct debit mandate in your online banking?

Are the funds in your paypal balance cleared or in the pending section?

Are the funds in your paypal balance in sterling or another currency?

I have learned that when you are new to PayPal, you can withdraw money after 21 days for three months. Is this a fact?

No, I am not from UK

No, I do not have UK paypal account

I have my bank account linked to my paypal account for me to cash in the money I receive from Paypal

The funds I have says Available and it is ready to withdraw

The funds are in my country's currency (Philippine Peso)
