Hi
I have an item listed as sold. The customer tells me he has transfered the money to Paypal. I see the 'claim money' on Eaby, but this goes nowhere, simply to my Paypal account. What am i doing wrong?

Hi Qwerty1,
If you have listed an item for sale on eBay and it is showing the pending as being 'Pending' in your eBay account, it is more then likely due to you updating your email address recently.
You should check the email address that it on the Sell your Item form to see where your payments are trying to be sent to. If you go to the 'My eBay' section on your eBay account. From here, if you click the 'More Actions' option beside the item you are waiting to receive your payment for. From here, you then press 'Sell Similar' or 'Sell a Similar Item'. If you then scroll down to the 'How would you like to be paid' section of the sell your item form.
If the email address is not correct and you have access to the email address that is showing in this section, you can register it and confirm it on your 'Profile' on your PayPal account and you should receive your payment within a few hours. If you do not have access to the email address, you should contact your buyer and request that they cancel the payment. Once they cancel the payment, you can then send them a payment request by pressing the 'Request Money' tab on your PayPal account and then by entering their email address and selecting that the payment is for Goods.
I hope this helps,
David.
