Help,i can't withdraw money to my debit card

i have always made the withdraw from my debit card,now it says i have to add a bank account,i am from Albania Europe,please help me fix this problem,i don't have a US bank account

If you are being asked to add a bank when trying to withdraw I recommend attempting the withdrawal using this link www.PayPal.com/wdfunds . Make sure you are logged in before pasting the link. It will then bring you directly to the withdrawal flow using an existing source on your account.

yes but it is just one option just withdraw to bank and when a clikc it orients me to add a bank
