Funds on hold

I sold some tickets on 8th March via eBay but my PayPal funds are still withheld despite it being 21 days with positive feedback and all tracking info updated. How do I get my funds released? Thank you

Wait till its 22 days as your funds may be released sometime today and if not give customer services a bell and they can release it manually for you.

BUT for your info positive feedback has nothing to do with funds release.
