Hi, I recently recieved a payment in euros (I live in the UK). I decided to accept the payment and create a new balence (in euros) due to Palpal's conversion rate.
I've just tried to send my euro balence to my bank account and they also have the same conversion rate.
My question is, will the conversion rate now be fixed due to me accepting the amount?
I'm tempted to withdraw it now, however, if the rates are not fixed, I might wait and see if I could get a better exchange rate from my bank another day.
Any help would be really apreciated, thanks

Hi adz1988,
Welcome to the community forum and thanks for posting.
The rate is not fixed to the time when you received the payment. Our rates our updated twice daily so if you choose to withdraw the money at other time you should see a different rate.
You will find more on this here https://www.paypal.com/selfhelp/article/FAQ1835/1
I hope this helps.
Rachael
