I use PayPal on eBay. It is useful. Recently I sold an item for collection only and cash on collection. The highest bidder used PayPal which reduced my profit. You cannot advertise things on eBay without adding PayPal as a method of payment. Could there be a choice. Where if you want to PayPal the buyer pays for the privilege, not the seller.

If I list cash on collection then i clearly put in the item description that any paypal payments will be refunded as I only want cash on collection.
This is fine with Ebay because there is no seller protection on paypal for items that are collected.
The few times it has happened the buyers were perfectly happy to be refunded and bring cash with them.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
