Confused about PayPal balance and what to do next

Hello

Hope you can help.  I got a refund, the money is showing in PayPal balance. But doesn't show up in my bank account. Why hasn't it gone to my account? Do I need to transfer money from PayPal balance into my bank account? Really upset. Help

If its showing in your paypal balance then click on ''withdraw funds'' or ''transfer'' dependent on what country you are in and transfer it to your bank account.

Or if you leave it in your balance it should be used when you next buy something.

Yes it does say withdrawal funds. When I click on that do I click on the bank account after? Will it happen straight away?

To withdraw money to a UK bank account:

1. Log in to your UK PayPal account.
2. Below your PayPal balance, click Withdraw money.
3. Enter the amount to withdraw and choose the correct bank account, then click Continue.
4. Review the details then click Submit.

Your money will usually take up to 2 hours to appear in your UK bank account.
