Cant withdraw fund from paypal account to my bank account.

Hey paypal, i am facing a big problem with paypal. My fund was transfered by my client on 11th september 2106 and today is 28th Sept , Still i didnt received my fund in my Bank Account . Please Transfer the fund in my account i am facing huge problem with the transaction. I need help with the account and i am attaching the screen shot of the account please go through and solve the issue ASAP.
