Can't withdraw my funds

Up until yesterday the funds for my transaction were noted that they would be available for withdrawl on 5th May. I went into my account today, 5th May, and this date has been changed to 17th May, why would this be ? On ebay the funds are noted as being available from 5th May, does anyone know what's going on ? The item sold on 26th April and I understand that there is a delay for withdrawing funds as I am a new user but why would another 12 days be added ?

Your payment's release date could have been changed if the expected delivery date for the item changed on eBay. However, we can definitely review this for you if you get in touch with Customer Support directly. You can find our contact details by clicking the 'Contact' option at the bottom of any page when logged in.
