Bank transfer still pending?

Hi there,

I've been waiting a very long time for my bank transfer to complete, I started it on the 23rd of Febuary and its now saying that it's still pending although it says "The money will be in your PayPal balance on 2 March 2017."

The money was taken from my bank account about 3-4 days ago and is still pending with Paypal? Although it's passed the 2nd of march now?

I really need for it to clear soon as it's taking a while now, hoping someone can help me, not sure how to contact Paypal,

It says 3-5 days okay but it's still pending like why is it still pending I need that money now
