Bank transfer still Pending

Hello - My Account summary shows PayPal to Bank Transfer is still pendng? How long does it take for a transfer to complete?  banks never have these delays, why does PayPal have these delays? I thought transfer is instant and takes 2 hours. I need the money urgently. Do they have technical issues?

I transferred money on the 4th of December at around 10:15am and it is still pending!! I need to pay bills so im a lityle stressy now!!

It looks like 5-7 working days required if Electronic transfer used. My 'Pending' transfer has not been 5 days so I will have to wait also.
