Adding money from my bank account

I need to refund a buyer from my eBay but I don't have enough founds on my Paypal, thought that I could make the refund and partial payment would come off my primary bank card registered but it did not work. Need to make the refund ASAP can anyone help?

A seller can only issue a refund via funds in their paypal balance or an echeque from your bank account.

You can't refund from a card.

Thanks so much for your reply It's annoying because the buyer soon will be harassing me for the money and I don't know what else to do. But thanks a lot
