"Sorry something went wrong, please try again"

So basically I've tried two things to setting my account back to a personal one, the first thing I tried was to just deactivate my account but whenever I try to do this it promps me to fill out account information when I fill out the information it tell me "sorry something went wrong please try again" I've been trying for the past week and it never works and its being to really annoy me. the next thing I tried was putting my account back to personal but once again it promps me to fill out the same infromation and then tell me to try again each time, I can access my account infromation either to deactivate it from there it just tells me "please try again"
