Hi,
I have an issue nobody seems capable of sorting.. Whenever I log on I get taken to the stakeholder info page and no matter what info I put in it says
"
- We're sorry, something seems to have gone wrong. Please try again.
I then have to click on the bottom tabs on the page eg - contact us which then takes me through to the contact us page BUT also gives me the tool bar at the top to access my account!
How do I sort this as I need to cancel an ebay payment to a fake account - status unclaimed - when I click to cancel it takes me back to this stakeholder page.
I am however able to do other transactions such as withdrawing to my bank etc..
