i owe 55 pounds cannot remove old cards have added new card but now need to set up direct debit which it will not let me do. help as i am not paying 1-53 per min to speak to pay pal
What happens when you try and set up a Direct Debit?
If you don't want to call customer service you could try sending an e-mail?
