why can not I change my main address to the lithuanian,and bank account.Lithuania even not in the list!!!

are you in the UK?

are you in Lithuania?

do you have a UK paypal account?

do you have a Lithuanian paypal account?

Lithuania is on the country list so not sure why you can't see it?

Have you just moved to Lithuania?

If you have just moved what account are you trying to use?

Paypal is country specific so if you move country you have to open another paypal account in that country and add an address / phone number / and bank accounts from within that country.
