Why has PayPal flagged my credit card as out of date when it is quite clearly NOT and do NOT answer my email properly, only sending out the usual topic list which does not include my problem

I have received an answer from Paypal which is little more than BS and doesn't inspire me with confidence
I did try to contact you via email, but got no reply. It doesn't matter now as I have overcome the problem, but I am still annoyed that my card was flagged as out of date when it quite clearly was not AND there was NO reason for this to happen.
