adding a bank account in a different currency

Hi I am trying to add another bank account, but it keeps telling to try later.

It is a euro account, but the same bank as my sterling account, same sort code etc. 

Is this not possible or am I missing something? I have downloaded the documents required by paypal but still nothing

Paypal is country specific so you can only add a UK bank account to a UK paypal account.

thank you, Yes I know that,  it is the same bank, same country, same sort code, just in euros instead of sterling, so I do not understand why there is a problem, I trade in different currencies all the time on my paypal account,
