about add the 2nd credit card

about last week, or exactly 10th may 2016, i add 2nd credit card to my account

this 2nd credit card will be fund source 

but paypal just charge $1 to my credit card n the 4 digit codes to confirm my credit card until now not shows up

please explain, or suggest some action, how to solve this

It takes 2-3 days for that to appear. and it'll be refunded once the code is entered
