When Will Paypal can withdrawal money In Lao PDR

I have a little question to ask when will Paypal can withdrawal or add fund in Laos PDR because now I Really dont see to withdrawal bottom or add fund and i wish Paypal may have a good answer to me or us.

I am sorry to see that you did not get a reply yet. 

I am afraid that we do not offer the our receiving service option yet in Laos, this is also the reason why you are not able to withdraw funds. At the moment we do  not have any updates when and if this service will become available. We are always looking to expand so we might offer it in the future. When we do we will inform our customers by email :).
