What if my company is not registered in the UK.

I am currently looking into registering a company, associated with a pay-pal account, in another country as the owners do not live in the UK. How does this work with what I have in place already? How do I set up my account and company details as it would have no attachment to companies house. Many thanks in advance for your help.

Welcome to the PayPal Community forums!

Ideally the PayPal account should be created in the same country where the Business is registered as this will avoid any issues in the future. Keep in mind that the financial details (bank, card) in a PayPal account should be from the same country.  Unless the business operates in the UK or targets the UK market, the PayPal account should be set up in the country where the company is registered.
