I have added my bank account to my paypal account once but then after trying to confirm it, it seemed to disappear from my paypal account so i decided to add it again and it says : We're sorry. We're unable to link that bank account because it seems to be disabled. Please try a different one.

This was fixed by contacting technical support.. well kind of fixed..
