Unknown error when trying to add bank account

Unknown error when trying to add bank account, have been trying to get the money my friend sent me.  What do I do?  I don't even see an easy way to contact paypal directly.  Help???

If you still need help adding a bank account you can find the customer service number under the Contact tab at the bottom of the PayPal website.
