Unfreezed my money

Hello there,

My name is Maggie, my money freeze since last year. I can't use my Paypal account, I already call the costumer about this last year and I already send my id. Last time I call the costumer service he said that he need my birth certificate. My question is it true I need to send my copy of birth certificate? and if yes where is the right address that I should need to send the copy of my birth certificate? I just realise thats really difficult to make my Paypal working again because I am waiting your respond to help me more then 4 month.

Please reply me soon because I need my Paypal account working again because the money that I have in my Paypal I will use to pay builder who will fix my house, I can't pending his work again because I got no money to pay in my hand. Reply me to my email address and I will wait your reply and please help me with this situation. Thank you for your time

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Log in and get the code.

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent OR just say the word 'Agent'".

In the UK its free from any landline phone.
