I'm trying to add a new bank account. To do this you use a phone verification method. However the phone number offered during this process (the online number) is old. I have been unable to remove or edit this number which the verification is fixed to. I have added a mobile number which is marked as primary but the bank verification process does not offer this number as an option for verification. Please can you advise! 🙂
