Unable to add any bank accounts

I've been unable to add any of my bank accounts to my PayPal. It keeps coming up as "The PayPal server is currently experiencing some difficulties. Please try again later or contact Customer Service." How can I fix this?

Trying again later (after clearing your cache and trying another browser) OR contacting customer services is your best bet.
