Trying to add an email address

Hi, I'm trying to add an email a second email to my account because I get rewards from survery websites etc sent to a secondary email, but I can't add it. First I try to and it says something like:

 

There has been an error, please try again in a few hours.

 

Then I get sent a verification email and I have to enter my password, which doesn't work. I have definitely been typing it in right, and this problem has persisted for about a week now. Any help?

For issues like this, you need to contact customer support direct as they can view your account info and help assist with linking the email.

i didn't add my ATM/debit card.. it was blocked when I enter the wrong code..

how could I enter again my ATM card?

Hi carvz05,

 

If your card is blocked due to entering the PayPal code incorrectly you wouldn't be able to add it back on yourself. We can, however, unblock it for you. It's security feature so we'd need to get you to verify some information first but a quick phone call will sort it.

 

You can find our phone number by clicking contact us at the bottom of any PayPal page.
