I've tried using two different browers (Chrome and Edge) to remove a credit card from my PayPal account. In both instances, when I click on "Yes" after "Are you sure you wish to remove this card?", the "busy circle" spins and nothing happens. I've waited about half-an-hour with both browsers for the removal action to be completed and it never happens.
