Problems adding another email

every time i try to add a new email it gives me the same freaking error, please try in a couple of hours. I DONT HAVE a couple of hours. Is there any way to fix this?

I ve tried that, 3 times actually but paypal s customer service is useless. They need real people NOT machines.
