Problem with shipping adress

Im having a problem with a purchase,

I want to deliver to no to the billing adress. When i try, the following message apears:

Oh dear. PayPal won't accept your shipping address.

PayPal requires you ship to an address in the country you were in when you created your PayPal account. Please update your shipping adress and try again.
