I had to go outside the UK to agric and each time I log on, PayPal does not recognise the laptops I use. I can't access my UK phone and can't update my oh on number. I can't find a simple way toll g in without receiving a text on my number that I don't Ha e. How can i change my time zone so I .can change my oh on number
