Have been a happy customer ofr over 7 years. Just having a problem adding my debit card to paypal . For some reason its not accepted. The card is new, might that be the problem??
Maybe, but make sure the account info for the debit card is the same as on PayPal. And that it was not also added to another account. A card can only be registered to one account at a time.
