PayPal Ignores Multiple Requests for Simple Name Change -- I'm DONE!!

I am SO DONE with PayPal.  I've been trying for three weeks now to have them make a very simple (and LEGAL) one-letter change to my first name -- no big deal, but important to me.  I've E-mailed them the legal documents TWICE -- NO response.  I then filled out the form on the contact page that said "if you haven't heard back in a reasonable amount of time, fill this info out, so I did, and asked WHEN they will honor a long-time customer's request and make this simple change.  (It was updated on all my other accounts in no more than a few days.)  They reply with a form letter telling me HOW to submit the legal documents to change my name, which I already did TWICE!  I replied AGAIN on that same form, and AGAIN they send me the form letter telling me how to change my name!!!  I am DONE.  I'm getting a cash advance on one of my cards to pay my PayPal credit account and then I am DONE.  I don't have time to sit on the phone with them to try to resolve this, and from what I read on this forum from others, that wouldn't do any good either.  A disgusted soon-to-be EX-account holder, TERESE

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent OR just say the word 'Agent'".

In the UK its free from any landline phone.
