No cards to use to attach to paypal

The card associated with my account has an end date of June 2012.

I no longer use this card at all. I doubt the card will be re-issued.

I have no credit cards or debit cards that I can add to my paypal account.

My bank account is a basic one with only a cash card to use in branch.

Will I still be able to use paypal as I have been doing for the last few months which is people send me money and I transfer it to my basic bank account ?

Do I have to have card details on the account ?

Welcome to the community! 

To use your PayPal account you don't need a credit card but it would make your account that bit better (e.g. instant payments) you can of course just have your bank account on there.

Hi, you can also get a GreenDot Money Pack card from CVS, Walgreens etc.  They are re-loadable and you can add as much or as little as you want.  It's very easy to use and super cool for people that do not want to link their other cards and/or do not have another card.  Good luck.
