My first E bay sale "Cancelled !" it's not......

Hi, please help, my first e bay sale I've received payment posted to japan I have a tracking number I didn't use paypal labels or anything but on my account it says cancelled issue refund how can i change this buyer is waiting for item and happy and money is in my account what do i do please?

Hi there Jacksonfan123,

Can you see that the transaction has a status of Cancelled on your PayPal account? If it was your first eBay sale, your funds may be placed on hold due to you being a new seller.

It is possible that the listing has been cancelled on eBay but I can't be sure based on the information you have provided. I am also unable to see your account so I can't be sure what exactly is happening.

Could you please let me know if you are seeing a cancelled status on PayPal or eBay?
