I Don't have another card. Is it because the card is still new and there's no money yet?

Hi Dina_Khalifa,
Welcome to the community and apologies for the late reply. I am sorry to hear that you are having issues to add a card. You mentioned that there are not funds available in the card and this may be part of the issue. You see, when you add a card, there is a temporary authorization charge of £1 GBP that is applied to confirm that the card can be used in PayPal. It is advisable to have a small balance in the card to be able to add it.
Please also keep in mind that virtual cards are not compatible with our system.
As advised by Kernowlass, you may need to consider using a different card. The best option would be a traditional debit or credit card.
Thanks,
Jessica
